Dolphin Marine has
designed, manufactured & commissioned "Soup-to-Nuts" Slop
Oil Treatment Systems to recover crude-oil from heavy, sludge-laden
& emulsified crude oil slops with < 1% BS to over 50% BS.

components above, we have designed site specific add-ons including:
- Floating Oil Suction Module - which floats
on top of the crude oil lagoon / pond surface with localized heating & straining
features.
- Heated & Insulated Surge Tanks/Baker Tanks/Buffer

to keep sludge in suspension between processing stages.
- Pre-Straining & Pumping Stations - Modular
